TUITION
Tuition is charged monthly at KADC according to hour many hours per week your child dances. Please email us for the monthly costs.
Payments for dance classes are due BY the 1st of each month. Tuition is late after the 1st day of each month. A $25.00 late fee will be applied after the first.

Akada
We charge tuition and all other fees through Akada. Please click the photo above to create an account, register for classes, or pay tuition.
Tuition
Monthly tuition will be charged on the1st of the month via auto pay on Akada and remains the same regardless of the number of weeks in a month, missed lessons, school closings, absences, or school vacations. Tuition includes stage & dress rehearsal fees whether your child is in the show or not. Fees are subject to change yearly. Tuition is based on a monthly rate and remains the same whether there are 2, 3, 4, or 5 weeks in a month. Our pricing is charged by the number of classes per week not by hour.
Registration Fee
An annual required registration fee of $30 per individual and $50 per family each season. All parents will need to register or re-register their children through our studio software Akada, and enroll them in the classes that they will be taking. Once we receive your registration, we will process it and charge an annual registration fee to your account which covers insurance and processing fees.
Dance Season
Our dance season runs from September to mid June! We accept registrations all season long. Summer classes and master classes will be offered late July- August.
Drop In Classes
We charge $25 per drop in class. Fees may vary per session/ age group. Drop-ins are only for those taking classes occasionally.
Master Classes At KADC
We host many master classes throughout the year to help inspire our dancers. Master classes typically have a drop-in fee and are taught by well known professionals from around the world! Our company dancers are required to take these fun classes, but they are optional and highly recommended for our recreational juniors/ seniors. Dates are noted in the monthly email if we have any upcoming master classes.
Snow Days/Absences
Snow day Policy: No class if school is canceled. Vacation dates will be noted in our monthly emails and TimeTree app calendar.

We do not hold make-up classes for absentees. You may take another class within your age group to make it up.
Unlimited Classes
We offer an unlimited class option for those who want more! This is what our company Jrs & Srs take. This option helps create a well rounded, confident, and strong dancer.

How to Pay
All dancers must register and pay via Akada. Parents will need to have a card on file for us to automatically charge on the first of every month. You will agree to this policy when you make your Akada account. You will not be notified when tuition is charged. If you have any extra charges like merch, costumes, etc., these items will be charged with your next month's tuition unless you say otherwise.
Late Fees
Tuition is late after the 1st day of each month if your card bounces. A $25.00 late fee will be applied to your monthly payment if you do not pay by the 1st.

Students will not be allowed to take class if their account is delinquent for more than 30 days. An account must be paid off in FULL to not be considered delinquent -- this includes paying off late fees.

Refunds & Balances
There will be NO refunds for missed classes. Tuition will be charged until KADC receives notice that you are dropping a class. Remember that you are paying to reserve your dancer’s spot in the class and the spot will continue to be reserved until notice is received to drop a class.

​No refunds are given at anytime regarding recital tickets, costumes, merchandise, OR competition fees.
​
Children will not receive their costumes, or be allowed on stage at recital if there is an outstanding balance on one's account.
